Following the review we offer advice and support, from finding new premises and carrying out lease negotiations on your behalf, to providing feasibility studies for new spaces or for making existing spaces more efficient.

M&S Solutions+ can offer a wealth of knowledge and support to ensure a smooth exit is made via either a negotiated payment package, or we can carry out works to return the space its original state for minimal effort and cost.
